Due to COVID-19, we may not be able to offer our apartment. Our rates range between $120-210 per night for the apartment and equine accommodations, depending on the number of guest horses.

• The base rate per night is $90 PLUS $30 per horse​ and includes the use of the apartment, RV hookups, guest stalls, and guest pasture.

​​

• We can also accommodate other types of livestock and pets.

​​

• BEFORE booking can be confirmed, we do require owners to provide current Coggins and shot records.

Guest horses will be kept in separate areas from our herd, but our horses have Coggins and full shot records. We receive a farm call visit from our equine vet twice a year.
